Online AA #1452 Teacher Evaluator Skill Building for Previously Qualified Teacher Evaluators: Designing Data Driven Professional Development Based on Summative Evaluation

Description
The Administrator Academy that requires participants to populate an Excel spreadsheet with teacher evaluation data for each component in the Danielson Framework. This requirement must be completed before the training and counts for an hour.
Outcome:
-analyze teacher evaluation data for the purpose of identifying needs of all faculty;
-develop data driven professional development on three levels: school-wide, targeted groups, & individual teachers
-collaborate with faculty to align professional development with targeted school improvement goals;
-establish a comprehensive implementation plan for all levels of professional development. For the application/dissemination requirement participants must submit to the presenter an electronic version of professional development for all levels.
This AA will be held online.
The presenter will email pre-work to attendees approximately one week prior.
