Regional Board of School Trustees – Grundy/Kendall ROE24

The Regional Board of School Trustees (RBST) is an elected body responsible for decisions involving school district boundary changes, annexations, detachments, and dissolutions within Grundy and Kendall Counties. ROE24 provides administrative support for all RBST matters and ensures transparency and compliance with Illinois School Code.

Responsibilities of the Board Include:

Reviewing and deciding on petitions for district boundary changes
Holding public hearings for community input
Making impartial decisions based on educational and community impact
Facilitating orderly transitions for schools and families
Board Structure:

The Board consists of 7 elected trustees representing both counties. Meetings are held as needed and are open to the public. Notices, agendas, and minutes are available below.
