Lead. Learn. Lift.
We’re excited to kick off another incredible year with our dynamic L3 Cohort—a powerful community of women committed to connection, growth, and leadership.
This year, we’ll gather regularly to:
✨ Connect and network
✨ Inspire one another
✨ Learn through shared experiences
✨ Contribute to each other’s personal and professional growth
Each session will feature a focused topic and a keynote facilitator to guide our conversations and deepen our learning.
🎓 Capstone Experience
Year 3 will culminate in a transformative experience that includes:
· Opportunities to mentor and include aspiring leaders
· A shared journey in Women in Education Leading and Learning
· Participation in the Pre-Conference of the WELL Summit, March 2026 in Peoria, IL

Target Audience:
Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Curriculum/Instruction Leaders, Directors/Coordinators, Principals, Assistant Principals, Department Chairs
PD Credit Eligibility:
Participants must attend all sessions, sign in, and complete evaluations in order to receive professional development credit in May 2026.
