Now more than ever educators and administrators are working to increase equity and inclusion. Participants will learn to implement proactive community-building practices and respond to challenging behaviors in ways that diminish punitive discipline and amplify restorative justice. Different applications and interactive technologies will be explored. We will discuss current challenges related to supporting students' relationship-building skills with peers and adults. We will role-play different ways we can implement restorative practices.
