This cohort of women will gather regularly to connect, network, inspire one another, learn, and contribute to each others growth. The group will have topics at each meeting and a keynote facilitator. Capstone experience in this cohort will include opportunities to bring in aspiring leaders and the opportunity to experience Women in Education Leading and Learning together in March 2026 in Bloomington, IL.
Targeted Audience: Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Curriculum/Instruction, Directors/Coordinators, Principals, Assistant Principals, Dept. Chairs.
