Building Thinking Classrooms - a series of sessions covering the excellent math instructional strategies presented in Peter Liljedahl's book, "Building Thinking Classrooms in Mathematics" for ROE 24 teachers, leaders, and administrators. This book has become a game changer for teachers across the country and I have personally seen the "magic" happening in classrooms where I have done sessions on these strategies. Participants do not need to have read or own the book to attend. I will present, discuss, and give resources to implement the toolkits in each session that will create powerful math instructional routines in your building!
